I keep on receiving a 404 error. Does the dummy.html page have to exist,
even if the {url} parameter is not used? When i use an existing page,
like index.html it still gives me an error.
I am afraid i have not succeeded in using the cinclude in my usecase.
The inclusion of a plain xml file does not cause any problems, nor does
the inclusion of the above publet in the page2xhtml.xsl page. The normal
sitemap seems to be no problem, but when i try it in a xsl that is
called from my usecase it does not work...
Any ideas?
