We are in EST, but some developers are in Europe and
Australia. Just pick a time and make certain it is published so
everybody knows when. (Weekly seems fine since the mailing lists are
very slow on weekends.)
nevertheless I think we should do it daily.
We can write a message during the time the system
is being rebuilt.
Clustering would help ;-)
