You might want to try wrapping the context:// with {}.I ran into this problem trying to use a mount another sitemap using the fallback protocol. This worked for me: <map:mount uri-prefix="" src="{fallback:lenya/usecases/webdav/sitemap.xmap}" check-reload="true" reload-method="synchron"/>
