none. i removed it, but someone re-added it for no good reason.
Ok. So i put the commons-codec-1.3.jar library in LENYA_1_2_X/lib/...
as said in my other email I think it makes more sense to add it
to the other dir, because this way you might end up with two different
versions within the build (if the appropriate block is enabled) and
it can lead to confusing problems.
