We call them second generation skining because their are really flexible
and you can imitate *any* (really any) site structure and apply css to
it. That makes it possible to e.g. imitate http://www.csszengarden.com/

- recursive dir fallback views

I have a bad feeling about enhancing the default pub within the Forrest
SVN, not because of Forrest but because of divergence. Can't we just enhance
the existing default pub within the Lenya SVN and let Forrest devs work on
it as well.
No, the forrest-lenya pub is not an enhancement of the default pub.
Forrest is starting to use lenya for their firstTuesday initiative and
we (forrest) are going to develop our own pub for this. Lenya zones host
a dedicated instance for the forrest community and there we
(forrest/lenya) will add this pub.

Besides forrest devs are just getting started and I think there are not
comfortable to change the default pub here on lenya. The fact that I
will try to incorporate forrest:views into the forrest-lenya pub is just
the first try. If it works I will commit it to the default pub, if the
community wants it. But ATM I am the only lenya committer that knows
about forrest:views, but there are many forrest committer that got
started with views. Besides it is important that forrest devs can get
started with lenya without pressure (forcing them to commit to the lenya
default pub is just to heavy).
ok, so I would suggest that the Forrest community gives commit access
on forrest/lenya to the Lenya devs ;-)
Anyway all incorporation work *should* happen in a doco pub,
I guess you mean the name of the pub. I think it's better
to call it forrest, because it seems to me that doco is kind
of the bigger picture.
