Thanks for the thorough answer.
In the meantime I sort of reverse engineered the schema and added
a few more features to the script like icon-attributes to specify an icon
for a node.
I create the xml-file in a servlet that maps a part of the filesystem.
The author of tree.js granted us permission to use it for Apache Lenya.
But I don't know if the license header is correct.
As Im going to use the script for my own project this is an important point.
But as the code is under the apache license I dont need to worry.
