oh, I just realized there is a message, but I think it's not very obvious,
because it's just as any other text and people might overread (as I did ;-).
Also I think it's confusing because not every document needs to have the
same workflow, which means a publishing transition is not necessary at all.
Also what about submit and other transitions?!
I think we should re-consider this feature :-)
