Thanks Thorsten for applying the patch.
This raises another issue: the page title is not available anymore to
the live homepage, because the metadata is not available. A possibliltiy
is to aggregate the title in the sitemap (at <map:aggregate
element="cmsbody">) to make it available to the page2xhtml-XXX.xsl. Is
this the way to go? If so, we can provide a patch.
