when i create a new publication in lenya 1.4 based on a template (which
is in turn based on the default pub), i find these entries in
publication.xconf:
<templates>
<template id="default"/>
<template id="mytemplate"/>
</templates>
this causes the new publication to inherit everything from the default
pub. is this behaviour intentional?
and why is this "multiple inheritance" used at all? the fallback to the
default publication should be implicit, since "mytemplate" is derived
from it.
can anyone clarify?
