Anyway I did not wrote this mail to point fingers on nobody it was a
simple reminder for all.

The problem with sending patches to the ml is the push principal on
which ml are based (everybody *will* get it). If you attach it to the
bugzilla then you switch to the pull principal (everybody *can* get it).
Even if it is not a bug nor enhancement (very hard - nearly everything
is an enhancement ;-)) it is still code that should be trackable via the
bugzilla.

Please keep up the good work and remember the last sentence from the
original post: "All our committers started in creating an account
there ;-)".
