I think we should have one and only one sample publication
demonstrating all functionality.  It is much easier to disable the
"blog" and "wiki" Modules in publication.xconf  (just delete one line)
than to merge code from multiple Publications (even if it is just copy
a directory and add one line to publication.xconf).
