AFAIK one should be able to pull in the the "RSS feed" of another search
engine, e.g. search.msn.com, but IIRC Robert
said that is really finished yet, maybe we should comment it for the
moment and add a TODO.
Also I think the terminology is confusing (internal and external),
because one might think internal means authoring
and external means live (which don't have to be the same at all content
wise).
I would rather use (internal: With Lucene, external: e.g. search.msn.com)
