I have fixed a bug re the xpatch file for enabling uploads.
It does work now, but I will also have to fix Cocoon 2.1.9-dev ;-)
will I will try to do tomorrow.
But apart from that it's one way road, because if you have patched it
once to "true", you
cannot really patch it back to "false" (except if you totally rebuild
Lenya, which I think doesn't make a lot of sense.
(This problem is due to the if-prop functionality)
I will take another look at
http://wiki.apache.org/cocoon/XPatchTaskUsage and maybe there is another
possibility ...
