no that doesn't make sense. external cocoon_2_1_x should not be touched
at all, because
it is not considered a vendor branch, but just to make sure we are all
on the same version and
simplify things.
Antonio might want to say why he changed this, because I don't see any
reason why not to leave it
as it was.
