Actually, there is webDAV related code in the main sitemap, the
global-sitemap, and the publications sitemap currently.
I agree, this should be a part of the module (ability to disable it if
needed).
The stuff in the main sitemap is for basic auth. It might be nice to
break this off to another module. I think wyona has a svn module they
have been working on which would need basic auth as well.
