I can't reproduce this,
me neither ;-) (whereas I did another update today)
but maybe this helps:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError occurs when you start Lenya while the
build process is generating the JAR files.
yes, but I don't think that I have started up Lenya during building it.
Whatever, it works fine again :-)
