Try the patch in my last email with subject "template-fallback problem".
This should solve your problems, not really sure if it causes any
however, perhaps with a heavy load? Let me know, the patch is the fix I
am using, if you find something better please share.

But if I first open the default pub, and then mypub, it works. Can
anyone reproduce this? If so, I'll fill a bug, and try to fix it...
