Does anyone know why the patched StreamGenerator has been removed from Lenya
1.4-dev
java/org/apache/lenya/cms/cocoon/generation/StreamGenerator.java
?
This was very handy resp. it should be patched within
externals/cocoon_2_1_x/src/java/org/apache/cocoon/generation/StreamGenerator.java
because application/xhtml+xml is missing, which seems to me is a common
mime-type ;-)
