Thanks very much! It is good to see other people getting involved in the
website publishing. That reveals sharp corner of the process (like the
missing -r in the docu).

It seems you did not follow this remark. I will add it to our docu that
we need to follow this otherwise we loose the images in pdf.

I do not understand why for 1_2_x/components/layout/navigation.pdf are
no diff (correct since PDF are "Binary files - no diff available.") but
later on lenya/site/1_4/reference/modules/index.pdf and other have a
diff.
I wrote to forrest-dev about it.
