hi guys!

i've played a little with putting lenya into a tomcat lately, and i
*think* i ran into a number of problems that had to do with context.

more investigation needs to be done, but it seems that there are a
number of assumptions throughout the lenya code about being in the root
context of the servlet engine. to make sure that such errors are caught,
i suggest to change the svn build so that it deploys lenya in a
sub-context of jetty.

ideally, this context has a stupid name like "BARF" or
"ThouShaltNotAssumeRootContext", so that dirty hacks in the code can be
found with a quick grep.

wdyt?
