The missing variable was easily fixed in my local.build.properties.
The second part of my message is not solved. After submitting the login
form, instead of the authoring area, I get the attached exception. my

Message: The document [default:authoring:null:en] is not referenced in
the site structure.
i can confirm this problem both with my custom publication and with the
default one.
Yesterday I accidentally broke the support for non-UUID-based content.
The homepage should appear now again, but I guess various other things
won't work without UUIDs anymore.
