As bhavya wrote, we would need much more information to assist you, such as what program is to be integrated. It should be possible. It may be easy if the other program is friendly with Java or internet protocols. Add more detail and post to the Lenya User Mailing List. While the devs may have the knowledge, this list focuses on developing future versions of Lenya.
