Hi Joern,
I'm about to submit a patch which cleans up the menus for the various
editors so that each editor has their own entry and the menus are
removed from the resource types (i.e. xhtml). Since our two patches
might conflict is there any way you could provide a list of the new
editor usecase names so I could update the menus. I didn't have time to
review your patch yet so I thought this might be quicker. Thanks.

the all-in-one version of the previous patches with conflicts
manually merged.
this is an accumulated version of the previous patches. since i
created those
as orthogonal diffs against an unmodified tree, they won't apply cleanly
without manual intervention.. this one should work in one go.
please review asap and apply if there are no objections. i'm not sure
how long the patch will work without fuzz or rejects....
