i don't use lenya 1.2, but i would expect them to be identical except
maybe for some helper scripts (dos batchfiles vs. shell scripts). the
only difference is the packaging: windows users get an installer
executable, unix users get their tarball.
why they provide two source packages as well is beyond me... maybe some
lenya 1.2 veterans can chime in and explain.
btw, jay, i think your question is better suited to the user list (i'm
moving this thread over). please discuss only development issues on the
dev list. most developers follow the user list as well...
