The only really hot topic I'm currently aware of is the syntax
for internal links in 1.4. I just answered to Jörn's mail to state
my current opinion. But I don't know a really good solution, so
I'll be fine with everything you decide, given that it will be
possible to
- address a specific doc in a certain language
- address a specific doc in the same language
- address the same doc in a different language
- add parameters (revision, format, ...)
