I would suggest that we propose to use the cocoon version which comes
with Gregors tarball (2.1.9?) and we might add a note that the release
is tested with cocoon 2.1.10 too.

which brings up the question of a release announcement that contains an
overview of the (many) fixes since 1.2.4. any volunteers?
