is there a deeper meaning to the <lenya:tests> fields and the publication-tests.xml files?
i ripped it out in the trunk-reworked-config branch because i did not think it's worth an extra global pipeline really. the contents of the files have been moved to the readme.xml files. does anyone do clever automatic things with the test elements that i need to be aware of?
