Hi all Some time ago we discuss the possibility of a Hackathon. However we could not fix a date nor a frame for a program.
Therefore I put the following date and (kind of) proceeding up for discussion: Date: ----- I propose to meet between 23 of June and 1 of August. During that time there is a semester break at the University and it might be easier to find an appropriate room (Personally I can not attend a hackathon before mid of june) - Duration: 3 or 4 days. Proceeding: ---------- I thinks we should reserve two days for the hackathon and at least one for an open session where all people interested in lenya can participate. That means we should announce the meeting on the user list too. - topics for an open session could be -- future of lenya -- user feedback -- ..... Open question: ------------- Should we define a critical mass? If only three or four people will participate we can organize a meeting on a more private level and skip all the organization stuff! First we should fix a date so that i could try to organize a room.
