hi!

is anyone using replace-predefined-entities.xsl? its purpose seems to be
to replace xml entities in text() nodes by their masqueraded versions
(< becomes < and so forth). strangely enough, it does not handle ' and " (has a FIXME for those), and also ignores unicode and named entities.

it is not used anywhere in trunk (and it seems quite an odd thing to do anyways - the only reason i could see are html source views, and why should we provide such a feature in the core?)
if nobody speaks up, i'll remove it in a few days.

regards,

jörn
