hi!
markus reported a workflow issue i'm looking into
(http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=42973), and i'd like
to understand where we do the workflow checks for the menu (greying out
editors in "review" state etc.). can anyone give me a hint? after two
attempts at following the menu code, i feel quite lost...
