given that the default publication is just an example, i'd say we should
leave it enabled, with a comment in the sitemap that this step can be
turned off in production to improve performance.
people who are learning lenya will *have to* refer to the source to
figure things out, and we should make it as easy as possible for them.
I'm not a fan of it being turned on all the time. I now see that it is,
even for child publications. I do think it is quite nice and definitely
useful. Which is why I had previously setup a cocoon view that our web
developer could throw in the URL as a get parameter and on demand
receive pretty-printed pages.
that's also nice to have. we should add such a view (it shouldn't have a
performace impact when it's not used). but it's not obvious enough for
beginners, so it cannot replace prettyprinting in the example
publication imho.
