fixed in /docu, update might take a while.

iiuc, there are no more url-policy.acml files, but thorsten would be more
qualified to comment on this. i've been meaning to delete the one remaining
url-policy.acml in the default publication, but don't have time for proper
testing right now... maybe someone else can take a look?

oh yeah. that's another place where some more convention and a little less
configuration would be ever so nice...
+1 for documenting this more obviously. i've committed an update, let me know if
you can think of more polish...
