hi everyone!
given that we're in code freeze at last,
please have a very good look at r592863. it is necessary to allow
running lenya in proxied and/or non-root environments. my tests have
shown no regressions in the standard case (root, no proxy), and some
improvements in my proxy setup.
if you find any f&%$ups, feel free to revert the commit until further
investigation has been done.
