The XUpdate statements in the form contain namespace prefixes which are not
declared in the document:

<input value="true" name="&lt;xupdate:remove
select=&quot;/*/xhtml:body/xhtml:[EMAIL PROTECTED]'tag.0.1.0']&quot;/&gt;"

That's why the XUpdate query fails.
