done. i've checked all links and removed (i.e. commented out) all sites
without visible lenya hints (meta/generator or obvious directory
structure), so i may have eliminated some clandestine but legitimate
lenya pages as well.

if you're feeling like it, grab a beer or six everyone and check out
where our customers went - where possible, i've tried to determine what
they migrated to.

it's time to acknowledge a TSBITQWD (pronounce: tizzbitkewd, or
"temporary setback in the quest for world domination"), get those 2.0
tarballs out and get a few high-profile deployments on track!
