From my PoV the roadmap could be
- delete the current content from the docu SVN repository
- move the docu pub and modules from the sandbox to the docu repository
- update the deployment of the docu installation on the zones server
- add documentation about the setup
- delete the current HTML from the site repository
- add an initial export of the docu HTML to the site repository
- update the web server

remind me again - how was the updating of svn docu going to happen? via
an external server?
You mean committing the exported HTML? I'm not sure if we decided on
this. We might also use personal sandboxes on the zones server, if disk
space is not an issue.
i promised to do an rsync for backup purposes - is the lenya content
repository for the doc pub at its final location?
That needs to be decided - is the current location OK for everyone?
