I had a look a the docu pub - everything worked fine; I was hesitating
to fully test though (might bring a bit of unorder to the existing
content). If that's ok I'll give it another test run.
Don't worry, I committed another backup ZIP.
The only thing I was missing is the "insert link" and "insert image"
buttons in the source editor - but copying over the link destination
shouldn't be to big a problem either.
Maybe that's because I had temporarily installed CodePress, I'll take a
look at it as soon as I find the time.
I reverted the changes, the buttons are available again.
