I have added a section about website contribution to the new documentation:

Maybe the easiest way is that one of the devs creates a new user with
the appropriate groups (no publishing rights) and sends the password in
a separate mail, asking the contributor to change it immediately. The
.iml file has to be checked in to the SVN, though, so that it doesn't
get lost.
