The webdav access doesn't work in the current trunk, see
https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=42854
The HTTP 500 response is easy to fix, it's mostly due to an unhandled exception
raised when an unauthenticating webdav request comes in.
Fixing the 302 redirect repsonse is more work, though.
Is it worth doing before the 2.0.4 release?
