Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it. The ticket price is comparable to the last two they've had in North America. Vancouver was $350 CAD for early bird committer, and I think Atlanta was about $350 USD for early bird committer. In both cases I'm pretty sure there wasn't over $70 in taxes.
It is a professionally ran conference, and lunches are included, which helps offset the cost.
