Just in case it helps anyone, the link points to:

http://lenya.zones.apache.org:9999/

The zone appears to be running, but does not respond on port 9999.
Perhaps the appropriate service has not been started (or was started
on a different port?)

Sorry, I don't know who is responsible for the lenya zone.
