Major update to the brightbox compute driver
- Update fixtures to represent actual api output
- Update compute tests to 100% coverage
- Add userdata and server group extensions to create_node
- Add ipv6 support to public ip list
- Improve in line documentation
- Add lots of api output information to Node and Image 'extra' attributes.
- Allow variable API versions
- Allow reverse dns updates for cloud ip extensions
