Patch for KT UCloud Driver.
add testcase
pass unittests and pep8
but it has one problem. KT Ucloud API has one bug. according to CloudStack API
guideline, api has to return the only lower case api name. but now KT Ucloud
API returns api name that include Upper Case. so i already reported it. and
they answered that they will patch and release until 06/21/2012. so, until the
day, this patch will not work.
