This patch contain changes for DNS providers dostrings. Patch add new filed
tags and update docstrings in general. New field tags (@rtype and @inherits)
are important to Libcloud.REST project. They allow to use introspection and
magic to build most of the functionality, such as extra methods/arguments
support.
Also this patch contain pep8 related changes.
