This issue tracks various enhancements to the vCloud 1.5 implementation:
- add capacity information to Vdc object for cpu, memory and storage
- implement ex_power_off_node, ex_power_on_node, ex_shutdown_node and
ex_suspend_node methods that perform /vApp/{id}/power/action/{action} operations
- add extension method to list nodes only for a specified Vdc:
ex_list_nodes(vdcs=None)
- add Vdc information to Node extras
