I was going through documentation of Azure Blob storage, when I realized that
they provide support for unlimited number of containers. In libcloud, if there
is a case for large number of containers (as with cloudfiles), it will be
better to provide an iterator based interface (as done for objects in
LIBCLOUD-254)
