We haven't added it yet because it's highly likely that we will change how
Amazon drivers are used in the next release (0.12.x).
Instead of having multiple classes / provider constants there will be a single
provider constant and the constructor will take 'datacenter' argument. This
will make working with Amazon drivers a lot easier. Adding support for new
region to trunk would in this case just mean duplicated effort, because it's
likely to get changed soon.
