I've rebased where I was up to and pushed it to here:
https://github.com/apache/libcloud/pull/93/files
It should be in pretty good shape. Tests are passing (on 2.7) and my
out-of-tree real world gandi tests pass.
It was pretty pep8 clean, but I've rebased since then.
I'm coming down with flu, i'm probably going to be out of action for a few
days. So it's your call on how ready it is.
