Thats the concept, like libcloud.security.VERIFY_SSL_CERT.
You have to activate the workaround by setting
libcloud.common.base.HTTP_RESPONSE_UTF8 = True
We are not sure about side effects of this workaround.
But if you are confident, please tell me, I'll provide you another patch.
