Thanks for the patch.
It mostly looks good, but there are some things which need to be addressed
before it can be merged:
* Style / pep8 stuff (long lines, trailing whitespace, etc.) - please see
http://libcloud.apache.org/contributing.html
* Missing tests - This patch adds quite a big chunk of new functionality and we
need the tests for it (especially tests for the edge cases)
